What data we process and why

The data you give us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp (name, email, phone, the reason for your enquiry and the content of your message) are used only to answer your enquiries and, if you ask us to, to tell you about future litters.

Legal basis

The consent you give when sending the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as our relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete them, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. To receive the form by email we use the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which acts as a data processor and may process the data outside the European Union. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those platforms’ privacy terms also apply.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to andrearucandio99@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies of its own and no analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores your chosen language in your browser, so the site opens in that language next time, and loads fonts from Google Fonts.
